Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are standardized outcome measures used across Ontario’s career college sector to promote transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making for students, employers, and regulators.
North View College supports the public reporting of KPIs and aligns its academic and operational practices with the performance measures established by the Province of Ontario.
Career College KPIs measure graduate outcomes, employment success, and satisfaction levels. These indicators are collected annually through surveys and administrative data and published by the Government of Ontario.
KPI data for career colleges is collected and published by the Government of Ontario under the Open Government Licence – Ontario. The datasets are publicly available and updated annually.

North View College uses sector-wide KPI benchmarks to support continuous improvement in program quality, student experience, and employment outcomes.
KPI results reflect aggregated historical data and may vary by program, cohort, and reporting year. Individual outcomes depend on multiple factors including student effort, market conditions, and employer demand.
